No where happening this situation....

You have to listen to my words please. I made booking room before I have travel in Vietnam a month ago. I corresponded the hotel receptionist three times for checking my room status. They emailed me everything fine I visit to SECC3 hotel. They accepted I arrive at midnight and prepare my room. However, they said there is no room for me because all room was not vacant room when I arrived in the hotelottery. Also, the reception took me in another hotel without any apologize.. I really wanted to have my appointed rooms, so I checked the room and location, but they did not give me. Also another hotel room was not good for me. You are not supposed to make this situation for customer who has travel to overseas trip. I do not think I will appoint booking here again... Thank you

The room was spacious and clean.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind. The location is pretty good.
However, the drain in the bathroom wasn't good. After I took a shower, the water was all over the floor.

The picture doesn't match the apartment.
The picture doesn't match the apartment. I called when I could cancel for free and I was told to not worry, the room would be the same as in the picture. When I called them to talk about the apartment they didn't pick up the phone. There is no balcony on the ground floor apartment. There is a inner closed patio. The bathroom smells like sewerage. We found out it is using the fan what produces this smell.
